The study examined the formation of corporate managment in the world, historically studied, and identified all the models of cooperative managment. A detailed analysis has been made of this dangerous development over the last 30 years.
Corporate values in local and foreign companies have also been investigated and maintained against existing shortcomings. The study noted that the gap in corporate managment was noted and a number of suggestions were made in this regard.
