The scientific-analytical journal Economic Reforms is founded and published by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication of Azerbaijan. The journal was registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 21 October 2021 under registration number 4362.

Economic Reforms is a fully open access journal. All scholarly articles are freely accessible online immediately upon publication, without subscription or registration requirements and without an embargo period.

Aims and Scope
The journal publishes original scholarly research, case study, review article, short communication and book review on economic reforms, economic policy, and related issues in economics. It welcomes theoretical, empirical, and applied research in areas including macroeconomics, microeconomics, public finance, development economics, international economics, regional economics, sustainable development, innovation, and economic policy.
Target Readership
The primary target readership consists of researchers, economists, academics, policy analysts, practitioners, public-sector professionals, and other specialists working in economics, economic policy, economic reforms, and related fields.
Publication Frequency
The journal publishes two regular issues per year.
Languages of Publication
Articles are published in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
Editorial and Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment and, where appropriate, double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers. The final publication decision is the responsibility of the editor in accordance with the journal's editorial policies.
