Regarding the originality of the papers, we bring to your attention the following: Our journal is consistent with the principles governing the intellectual property rights, discouraging any attempt of plagiarism, regardless of its forms – involuntary, self-plagiarism, voluntary misappropriation of other people’s ideas, etc. The author must take appropriate measures to avoid any of these situations regardless of the nature and gravity.

This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to users or their institutions. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.

For plagiarism detection purposes the journal uses iThenticate plagiarism detection tool.

"Economic Reforms" does not accept scientific manuscripts that are fully or partially generated by artificial intelligence (AI). The scientific content of the manuscripts must be based solely on the author(s)’ own research and academic responsibility.
The use of AI is permitted only for language and style improvement, as well as for enhancing translation quality. Even in such cases, the author(s) bear full responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of the scientific content.
