Azerbaijan has already entered a new post-conflict period. One of the main upcoming issues is the restoration of economic life in Karabakh and the Eastern Zangezur region in the shortest possible time at this stage. Entrepreneurial subjects are the main driving force of the market economy in modern times. The state has already introduced its support mechanisms to quickly attract entrepreneurs to the territories liberated from occupation. According to the changes made to a number of laws, favorable conditions have been created for business representatives to invest in Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur.
The main purpose of the article is to analyze the business environment in the territories liberated from occupation, and the mechanism of support provided by the state to entrepreneurs who wish to start business in these territories.
