President Ilham Aliyev's remarks at the 75th session of the UN General Assembly, drawing attention to Armenia's military provocations and clarifying their causes, are of fundamental importance, as well as of strategic importance for our state and people.  The failure of the OSCE Minsk Group to give a legal assessment to Armenia's actions against the will of the international community and the failure to impose sanctions against the aggressor caused the conflict led to the war. Thanks to the political and diplomatic steps taken by President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, his great policy, his great victories in the information war, our Glorious Army destroyed the Armenian Army and saved our people and humanity from Armenian fascism.  The research is devoted to the structural policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan aimed at the efficient allocation of resources in the plain and in Nagorno-Karabakh.
