The article reveals the purpose of the aviation simulator complex in the system of training the flight crew and ensuring flight safety, identifies the advantages, general development trends and problems of pilot training. The article also presents, identified as a result of the study, the requirements for the modern civil aviation labor market for the training of pilots at this level of training. Particular attention is paid to the formation of a set of concepts that reveal the essence of market relations in the field of activity of civil aviation simulators, objects and processes, components and processes in the market of their services, features and properties of this market, from the point of view of sellers and buyers. In the article, based on theoretical studies, a definition of these concepts is given, a scheme of the aviation simulators training market system is developed, which details the nature of the relationship between all market participants.
