The potential of Azerbaijan's renewable energy sources is predicted to be more than 184 GW. Azerbaijan has the opportunity to increase the production of green energy and even export it by realizing this potential. Azerbaijan is making significant strides toward the establishment of a green energy corridor between itself and Europe and has already attracted foreign investors for the production of green energy.  In this paper, the author examines the advantages of increasing the production of green energy and evaluates the possibilities of Azerbaijan becoming a green energy exporter. Additionally, it looks at the policies put in place to organize the production of green energy and offers recommendations for how to intensify efforts in this regard.
